Terms and Conditions:
Bookings - Bookings may be made by email, telephone or online through TripAdvisor or AirBnB (additional fees will be incurred if booking through a third party).
Deposits - Provisional bookings must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by a 25% non-refundable deposit. Balance of payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date to be paid in full.
Cancellations - To ensure a full refund (less non-refundable deposit) you must cancel your reservation at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Adverse Travel Conditions: Travel to the island can occasionally be disrupted due to bad weather. Where there are ferry/plane disruptions due to weather conditions, technical fault/breakdown or any form of industrial action, we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival at the house and no refunds will be given.
To minimise the cost and inconvenience of cancelled bookings we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance, ensuring that bad weather cancellations are covered.
Cancellation insurance is inexpensive and protects both you and us from the unexpected. If any unforeseen circumstances arise, making our accommodation unusable, then we will refund all monies paid to us in full.
Guests shall keep the Property and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the Property in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the holiday, and shall leave the Property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. The Holidaymaker must report and pay to the Owner the cost of any damage or breakages made during their holiday occupancy
Arrivals - The property will be available from 3 pm on the date of arrival.
Departures - The property must be vacated by 10 am on the morning of departure.
This is a no smoking property. We do not allow pets in our property.
Your personal belongings are left in the property at your own risk.
